Oh boy. First of all, let me say what we’re all thinking: Chris Evans is hot. Like really hot. I 1000% am in love with him. But underneath the surface is a really great actor. Sometimes I think he gets a lot of his audience because he’s really good looking, and that people kind of underestimate his actual talent. Of course, everybody knows him as good ol’ Captain America, his biggest role to date, but not a whole lot of people know that he made his directorial debut and starred in a movie titled Before We Go. I really liked the movie, I thought it was really sweet, and I hope now that Evans has been phased out of the MCU, he might direct a little more. His newer projects include Knives Out and Defending Jacob (which I have yet to watch - sorry chris!), in both of which he plays starring roles, and I’m really excited to see what he does in the future. Hopefully it’s him realizing I exist. Happy (slightly late) birthday, Cevans!
